Welcome to Italian American Future Leaders (IAFL), a brand-new fellowship and networking collective that’s empowering younger generations who wish to promote Italian American culture and elevate their standing in the community.
IAFL is searching for visionaries, disrupters, creators and can-doers (ages 21-35) who can lead the Italian American community in one direction – forward.

We are excited to announce that registration for fellows, alumni, and presenters for the third annual Italian American Future Leaders Convention (IAFL3) will open on
Monday, September 9, 2024!
Scheduled from Friday, January 17 to Monday, January 20, 2025, this 3-night, 4-day event will once again take place at the Amerant Bank Arena in Sunrise, FL. IAFL3 promises to be another incredible gathering, bringing together the nation’s most exceptional Italian American men and women (ages 21-35) for a weekend of networking, learning, and celebrating our heritage.
