In 2025, the Italian American Future Leaders Convention promises to be another incredible event. The third annual IAFL conference (IAFL3) is scheduled for January 2025, returning to Sunrise, FL at the Amerant Bank Arena.

This 3-night, 4-day conference will bring together the nation's most exceptional Italian American men and women
(ages 21-35).
