The inaugural 2023 Italian American Future Leaders Conference will be held Jan. 13-16 in Fort Lauderdale at FLA Live Arena, home to the NHL’s Florida Panthers!

 

The 3-night, 4-day conference will welcome the nation’s best and brightest Italian American men and women (ages 21 to 35). 

 

From strategic collaboration and keynote seminars to networking banquets and VIP sporting events, this conference is a 360-degree, in-person experience that connects participants to Italian American history, ancestry, traditions and 21st-century initiatives. 

 

Most importantly, it’ll build new bonds among scores of future leaders who possess the drive and vision to promote and elevate the Italian American culture nationwide.

Pricing

Virtually all expenses, including hotel stays, high-end meals and premium entertainment, will be covered by more than $200,000 in grants and funding obtained by COPOMIAO President Basil M. Russo, and IAFL Conference Chair John M. Viola. 

​

The only cost attendees will incur are their flight/travel expenses to and from the hotel, which can be paid for by them or the Italian American organization that sponsors them.
